Hydraulic system problem on iseki tx2160
Ieuan | hi, I have an Iseki tx2160 compact tractor that is about 20 years old but I thought someone might know something about the problem that we are having. We have recently changed the clutch forks and bearing and that all works fine, we have also sorted out a compression problem we had. Of coarse to achieve this we had to have the engine out which means disconnecting the hydraulic pump. Since then we have run it up and the clutch and compression problem have been sorted out but when we went to lift the rear mower on the hydraulics there is no pressure. We have looked everything over and we think there is air in the system because before we took it apart it was working fine. This would be fine but we cant find a bleed valve for the whole hydraulic system as the rear lift on the mower and the front bucket have no pressure. We only wondered if anyone new were the bleed screw is for it. any help would be much appreciated thanks Ieuan.D |
Larry | I have exactly the same problem for the same reason. If you get an answer please let me know and vice versa. |
Larry | Have now done more checks and we have oil to and from the pump without bleeding, etc. According to Nigel at Rafferty Groundcare, the problem is a small shuttle valve, in the top gearbox casting, that is sticking . The solution is, apparently, is to remove the casting (8 bolts) and clean the valve. I will let you know the result when I get time to do it. |
Gene Knuckles | I have a hydraulic problem with my iseki tx2160 tractor. I cleaned the oil filter. Now the three point lift will move but no power. Where should I start looking? Thinks for any info. |
